OverviewIn this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of industrial project logistics, from tender to close-out, steering planning, risk mitigation, and compliance.
You will drive commercial management, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure on-time, on-budget project outcomes.
You'll oversee vendor relations, governance, and safety standards while developing and mentoring field teams.
This is a pivotal position for shaping large-scale multimodal logistics and high-risk cargo movements within a global framework.
ResponsabilitàOversee end-to-end delivery of industrial project logistics from tender to project close-out
Lead project planning, route studies, feasibility assessments, transport engineering, and risk mitigation
Approve method statements, lifting plans, and HSSE documentation; ensure compliance with technical, safety, and contractual requirements
Lead budgeting, cost control, financial forecasting, and major procurement decisions; support tender preparation and client presentations
Serve as senior point of contact for clients, EPCs, OEMs, and partners; conduct reviews, escalations,



and SLA/KPI adherence
Oversee relationships with heavy-lift carriers, vessel owners, and subcontractors; evaluate performance and approve major subcontracting and terms
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, HSSE standards; lead risk assessments and mitigation for high-risk cargo moves
Supervise and mentor Industrial Projects Specialists and field teams; promote safety and continuous improvement
Requisiti fondamentaliDeep expertise in multimodal project logistics, heavy-lift operations, and chartering
Strong commercial acumen with project P&L; experience
Advanced knowledge of Incoterms, HSSE frameworks, and transport engineering principles
Proficiency with logistics ERP systems (SAP, CargoWise, or similar)
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills
Ability to manage multiple large-scale projects under tight timelines
