You'll build a structured sales strategy, manage a robust pipeline, and engage hospitality decision-makers as a trusted advisor.

ResponsabilitàIdentify and target new hospitality customers
Develop and execute a sales development plan and pipeline
Meet or exceed new business revenue targets
Prospect proactively (cold outreach, lead generation)
Build relationships with hotel operators and hospitality groups
Present solutions and lead discussions (remote and on-site)
Lead contract negotiations and close opportunities




Retain and grow customers through upsells and extended service agreements
Collaborate with technical, delivery, and commercial teams to ensure successful solutions
Maintain CRM records, provide reporting and forecasting
Represent the company at industry events and network opportunities
Requisiti fondamentaliExperience in new business sales within hospitality networking or IP infrastructure
Track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and managing a sales pipeline
Experience selling into hospitality operations with hotel environments
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and in a high-performing team
Strong organisational and time management skills with multiple priorities
Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Odoo) and core tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
