Requisiti fondamentali5–8 years of experience in a consulting environment with a strong technology focus
Strong understanding of AI technologies (machine learning, generative AI, NLP, predictive analytics) and their business applications
Ability to analyze and interpret AI trends to practical insights
Cross-industry business awareness and ability to identify value creation opportunities through AI
Experience acting as a bridge between business and technical teams
Proven project management capabilities, including stakeholder coordination and delivery tracking
Strong client-facing and communication skills, including workshop facilitation
