The successful candidate will work on commercial and corporate law, litigation and dispute resolution, contract drafting and review, and corporate affairs, with growing exposure to the Firm's governance practice, including support to Boards of Statutory Auditors and Supervisory Bodies under Legislative Decree 231.
/p pWe look for a candidate who treats the law as a discipline of reasoning rather than a repertoire of forms.
