You will own the design, integration, and delivery of wiring harnesses and electrical systems for harvesters, ensuring high-quality deliverables and milestone adherence.
You will define electrical roadmaps, drive platform harmonization and continuous improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
As the primary technical interface for suppliers and stakeholders, you will govern risk and reporting.

Define and execute electrical engineering roadmaps; drive platform harmonization and continuous improvement
Collaborate with mechanical, software, systems, validation, manufacturing,



and product management teams
Serve as primary technical interface for suppliers and internal stakeholders; drive governance, risk management, status reporting, and mitigation planning
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's or Master's degree in Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
Proven ability to lead electrical design / wiring harness implementations
Lead and develop a global electrical engineering team and manage resource planning and collaboration
Proven track record in leading technical teams
Deep understanding of electronics
