OverviewAs Digital & HMAX Solution Manager, you will lead the technical solutioning for the HMAX Energy portfolio and serve as a solution expert.
You'll shape sales and marketing activities to grow the market and strengthen technical capabilities across Europe.
You'll deliver integrated, customer-centric digital offerings and establish standard architectures and best practices.
You'll coach regional teams, build key account relationships, and drive orders through strategic, value-focused engagements.

ResponsabilitàLead the technical solutioning of HMAX Energy opportunities and act as solution expert for the HMAX Energy portfolio
Define and implement sales and marketing activities within the defined industry segment to increase metrics
Provide integrated, customer-centric solutions by combining digital technologies, service, and HMAX Energy offerings; establish best practices and global standards
Enable Hub and Country organizations through coaching, knowledge sharing, and technical guidance
Develop and implement a market-based approach including direct,



third-party and project sales while building relationships with stakeholders
Ensure the value proposition for the target segment is developed and communicated to stakeholders; oversee standards
Identify and prioritize key accounts and provide feedback on market developments to achieve sales targets
Monitor prices and margins and support the sales team in negotiating key contracts
Build and maintain senior-level relationships with customers and decision makers
Requisiti fondamentaliProven track record in sales within global, matrix organizations (ideally energy or mobility)
Strong experience in solution architecture, digital solutions, or technical consulting
Solid understanding of power systems, digital technologies, and service business
Ability to translate customer needs into end-to-end solutions
Excellent collaboration and influencing skills across global matrix organizations
