ResponsabilitàLead (agile) software development projects for mobile machinery
Coordinate project operations with team members, development partners and suppliers
Plan and control projects per business processes with ongoing reporting
Manage risk in project planning and implementation
Engage with customers during project implementation phases
Steer technical discussions and make decision-oriented guidance
Requisiti fondamentaliStrong technical background with proven experience managing highly complex technical projects
Experience in environments with embedded technologies or similar technical contexts
Preferably automotive or off-highway sector experience, especially functional safety
Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum principles, values, and processes and/or experience as Product Owner
Good command of English and working autonomy in German
