Evaluate impacts of initiatives, track performance before/after transformation, and close gaps
Requisiti fondamentaliMaster in Management, Business Administration or Management Engineering
2 to 3 years of experience in business transformation, process optimization or organizational redesign
leadership abilities in coordinating teams and in client management
excellent knowledge of English, ideally with study or work experience abroad
