You will lead cost optimization, supplier transitions, and IT integration while supporting new country openings and multi-carrier approaches.

ResponsabilitàManage end-to-end transport flows across air, ocean, and rail ensuring smooth execution and service continuity
Proactively identify and resolve operational disruptions and urgent shipments
Maintain shipment visibility and on-time delivery performance
Use advanced Excel tools for data analysis, reporting, and monitoring of transport performance
Maintain and enhance transport dashboards and KPIs to support decisions
Interface with global stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment
Lead supplier switch and transition activities for business continuity




Support IT integration between suppliers and internal systems
Drive new country openings and operational setup
Contribute to multi-carrier models across key geographies
Lead cost optimization initiatives and monitor transport costs against budgets
Analyze cost drivers and variances to inform decisions
Support validation and application of pricing structures
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives through data-driven analysis
Requisiti fondamentaliProven experience in international transport and logistics in global environments (luxury/fashion is a plus)
Strong knowledge of air, ocean, and rail transport operations
Solid understanding of cost structures, rate mechanisms, and financial drivers
Advanced proficiency in Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, reporting)
Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
Ability to manage urgency within structured processes
High accountability and ownership
Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Fluent in Italian and English; additional languages are a plus
