Design and develop electrical, automation, and control solutions (power electronics, drives)
Evaluate and select suppliers for electrical panels and automation
Support installation, commissioning,



and start-up at Prysmian plants worldwide
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure reliability and efficiency
Drive continuous improvement through robust engineering solutions
Requisiti fondamentaliDegree in Electrical Engineering – Power Electronics
5 to 7 years of professional experience in a technical role (technology or manufacturing), preferably in the Industrial sector
English proficiency
Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills
Ability to manage inter-departmental and multicultural relations across countries and plants
Ability to identify problems and develop collaborative solutions
