Translate frameworks into practical on-site checklists and procedures; ensure consistent standard adoption across sites
Work in close complementarity with project teams, maintaining direct contact with GMs and site teams
Gather field feedback to improve site activities and share findings with the project team
Participate in site meetings and provide on-site verification and observations; report progress to the Head of Projects
Requisiti fondamentaliSolid experience across numerous hospitality construction sites (hotels, resorts, high-end properties)
Strong knowledge of hospitality construction processes and standards
Full availability to travel frequently and for extended periods
Ability to work autonomously on site with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Fluent in Italian and English
