ResponsabilitàCreate and maintain critical trial documents (e.g., Monitoring Guidelines, ICF, IMP-related docs)
Manage vendor setup, on-going vendor activities, SOW creation and budget oversight
Coordinate country/regional trial management activities and risk reviews
Contribute to program-level compound training with Clinical/CTL&D;/Medical Writing




Provide input on trial-level operational strategies and resolve trial-related issues
Participate in process improvement at trial/compound/cross-DU levels
Support Health Authority inspections and risk mitigation planning
Mentor onboarding and development of Trial Management staff
Requisiti fondamentaliBS degree or equivalent; 4+ years clinical trial experience in pharma/healthcare
Experience across multiple study phases (I–IV) and management of multiple trial aspects
2–3 years supporting global clinical trials
Strong leadership; ability to work in matrixed global environments
Excellent decision-making, analytics, and financial management skills
Ability to operate with limited supervision and mentor others
Experience hiring, training, and evaluating staff
