OverviewIn this role you shape data center electrical power concepts for diverse environments (Hyperscale, Enterprise, Colocation, Edge).
You collaborate with mechanical, structural, and architectural experts to translate customer needs into scalable electrical designs, leveraging AI design considerations.
You'll support proposals, perform load and protection studies, and help quantify modular data center solutions.
This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that adds value from concept to deployment.

ResponsabilitàConcept design of electrical power systems and architecture for data centers, integrating traditional and AI-driven approaches
Design of LV and MV distribution, including switchgear, UPS, busbar systems, transformers
Specification of auxiliary systems (AC, DC), lightning protection, diesel gensets
Electrical load calculations, arc flash, short-circuit and protection coordination studies
Creation of electrical single-line diagrams and documentation
Understanding and applying relevant electrical codes and standards




Coordination with architectural, structural, HVAC, controls, and fire protection teams
Reading RFPs/tender documents and translating requirements into proposals
Developing modular data center technical solutions and quotations
Requisiti fondamentaliBachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
5+ years experience
Proficient in electrical power system design
Sizing and specification of electrical equipment and installations
Knowledge of load calculations, short circuit and protection coordination modeling tools
Strong written and verbal communication to collaborate across engineering and manufacturing teams
PC skills: Windows, MS Office incl.
Excel and Word, AutoCAD
Active English
Strong communication and collaboration
Problem solving and interpretation of customer requirements
Teamwork across multiple engineering disciplines
