At Clivet, you will take an active role in our transition toward increasingly lean production models, applyingLean methodologiesdirectly on the shop floor.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Process Analysis:Map value streams (VSM) to identify waste and bottlenecks within production lines.
Kaizen & 5S:Support the organization and execution of improvement workshops focused onStandardizationand5S.
KPI Monitoring:Help implement dashboards to measure the effectiveness of projects (OEE, Lead Time, Service Level).
Lean Digitalization:Contribute to integrating digital tools into the Clivet production system (Smart Manufacturing).
Cross-functional Collaboration:Partner with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics to drive smooth change management.
What We Are Looking For:




Background:Final-year student or Recent Graduate inManagement Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
Lean Mindset:Knowledge (even if theoretical) of Lean pillars:JIT, Jidoka, Kanban, SMED, and WCM.
Soft Skills:Intellectual curiosity and a"hands-on" approach(spending time on the shop floor is essential!).
Data Driven:Strong analytical skills and communication abilities to engage operators in the process.
Languages:Good command ofEnglish(we are part of a major international group).
What We Offer:
Internship or Fixed-term contract
Compensation commensurate with your experience.
The range is up to *****€ per month for internship, and up to ******€ RAL for fixed term contract.
