OverviewIn this role you will manage commercial, financial, tax, insurance, and contractual issues to support multi-country projects.
You will work with sales and cross-functional teams to shape contract terms, risk analysis, and financing concepts, ensuring compliant execution from bid through completion.
You will contribute to project reviews, invoicing, and cost control while liaising with legal and insurance colleagues in an international setting.
This position offers exposure to complex contracts, consortiums, and global finance processes within a dynamic and growing organization.

Collaborate with sales on insurance concepts and contracts
Coordinate with internal/external consortium agreements
Review digital SCAP submissions and support contract comments/negotiations
Provide tax concepts and project presentations to tax department
Support sales risk analysis and identification of contractual risks
Assist PM in kick-off preparation for legal/insurance aspects
Execute commercial, financial, tax,



insurance and contractual tasks
Participate in take-over and order intake calculations
Support FX management and project cost controlling
Assist invoicing and accounts receivable management
Provide inputs for claim management and insurance claims
Assist with shipping document issuance and project reviews
Manage establishment of local project offices
Support implementation of commercial site processes (cash management, contract management, training)
Engage in financing requirements, including ECA coverage and foreign exchange risk
Draft and negotiate important subcontracts and consortium agreements
Provide inputs to Project Logistics Manager for logistics concepts
Interface with legal department
