/pp• Ensure compliance with SEC regulations, including SEC filings such as Forms S-1, S-3, 8-K, and 10-K.

/pp• Conduct due diligence for MA transactions and securities offerings.
/pp• Liaise with external counsel, investment banks, and regulatory bodies as needed.
