ResponsabilitàDesign, implement and operate backend services powering the consumer experience (payments, identity, loyalty, engagement)
Own API design, data modeling, production rollouts and on-call ownership
Lead cross-team technical analysis, design discussions and produce clear documentation




Raise quality through testing strategies, safe rollouts and debt reduction across services
Mentor junior and mid-level engineers on patterns, dependencies, and operational excellence
Requisiti fondamentali5+ years of backend software engineering experience
Proven experience with microservices and cloud environments (AWS a plus)
Deep Java and Spring Boot expertise
Strong understanding of distributed systems and external dependencies (e.g., banking protocols)
Structured communication skills and ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders
Impact-driven, adaptable, and proactive in optimizing systems beyond initial requirements
Fluent in English and passionate about FinTech
