ResponsabilitàDesign and develop Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Aura, and Visualforce
Build and maintain integrations with third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware
Architect scalable, performant Salesforce solutions following best practices
Collaborate with analysts, admins, and stakeholders to translate requirements
Conduct code reviews, set coding standards, and mentor juniors
Refactor and optimize legacy code for better performance and UX
Ensure comprehensive test coverage with Apex tests
Participate in CI/CD, Git versioning, and deployment automation
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely support




Stay updated on Salesforce releases and new features
Document designs, architecture decisions, and development processes
Contribute to sandbox management and release planning
Requisiti fondamentali3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce development with Apex, LWC, and declarative automation tools
Bachelor's in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent practical experience
Strong proficiency with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata) and integration patterns
Experience with Git and CI/CD tools
Solid understanding of OOP, design patterns, and good software development practices
Experience with Salesforce data modeling (custom objects, relationships, sharing rules, security)
Proven ability to write efficient, well-tested code with strong unit test coverage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
