Overview
In this role you drive strategic enterprise sales for the Databricks Data + AI Platform in Italy, targeting co-developed business plans with teams and partners to accelerate customer success and consumption. You will identify impactful data and AI use cases, articulate value to executives and technical champions, and lead cross-functional efforts to compress decision cycles. You’ll work with ecosystem partners and professional services to transform customer goals into measurable outcomes, shaping growth for a high-velocity account portfolio. This role offers partnering with cloud vendors and SI partners to scale impact and accelerate bookings.

Responsabilità
- Co-develop a business plan with team and ecosystem partners to accelerate consumption and bookings
- Lead teams, customers, and partners to identify data and AI use cases and prove value on the Databricks platform
- Drive data and AI transformation goals via partnerships, services, training, and executive engagement
- Build deep product/roadmap knowledge to earn trust from executives and technical champions




- Manage complex, federated enterprise sales campaigns and guide deals through to closure
- Drive consumption and committed engagement models, collaborating with services and training teams
- Co-sell and scale business with AWS, Azure, Google Cloud teams and Global Solution Integrators
- Develop champions and cross-functional partnerships to execute account/territory plans
- Identify all key use cases and buying centers to maximize impact for Databricks

Requisiti fondamentali
- Extensive experience selling complex solutions to enterprise customers
- Experience managing and leading complex federated sales campaigns in major accounts
- Experience in Data and Cloud industries with some technical sales background
- Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth enterprise software
- Experience driving consumption and commitment-based engagement models with professional services and trai
