Overview
In this role you lead the SIP & GTN team within Eaton’s Commercial Finance COE to standardize and digitalize GTN and SIP frameworks across EMEA. You partner with Sales, HR, Pricing, and CFOps to ensure value-creating, transparent, and scalable incentive and deduction governance. You drive system-enabled execution, governance, and ongoing simplification to improve alignment with commercial objectives. You will shape a high-credibility team focused on standardization and impactful financial governance in a complex, matrix environment.

Responsabilità
- Own GTN frameworks, PAP governance, and follow-up processes including accrual logic and validation
- Lead SIP target setting and payout execution in partnership with Sales Leadership and HR
- Simplify SIP and GTN structures to enhance transparency and operability




- Drive digitalization by transitioning SIP and GTN from manual to system-enabled processes (SAP, Vistex, analytics platforms)
- Lead and develop SIP & GTN analysts, setting clear quality and governance standards
- Define and govern SIP target-setting frameworks and payout calculation logic
- Clarify decision rights: own GTN and PAP governance; not responsible for revenue posting or deal negotiations
- Ensure cross-functional collaboration with Channel, Sales, Pricing, and CFOps to support PAP approvals

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Engineering, or related field
- 7-10 years of experience in Commercial Finance / Business Partnering in a complex, matrix organization
- Strong analytical interpretation of GTN drivers and SIP outcomes
- Experience with senior commercial and finance forums and governance
- Working knowledge of SAP and related systems (e.g., Vistex) for standa
