Overview
In this role you support the Health & Safety Management System by working with the RSPP to promote a strong safety culture and regulatory compliance. You will help implement preventive measures, perform risk assessments, and keep safety documentation up to date. You contribute to day-to-day H&S; operations across stakeholders and sites, ensuring practical, hands-on support to business operations. Responsabilità
- Serve as the internal reference for Occupational Health & Safety matters and support day-to-day activities of the Prevention and Protection Service
- Assist in implementing and improving H&S; measures to ensure compliance with legislation
- Coordinate with HR, managers, RLS,



and others to manage safety activities
- Update and maintain DVR and specific risk assessments and related procedures
- Conduct workplace inspections, identify hazards, and monitor corrective actions
- Manage compliance calendars for statutory obligations and health surveillance
- Support incident reporting, emergency management, and H&S; training activities
- Assist managing contractors and coordination with clients and subcontractors on required safety documentation
- Plan and conduct internal/external audits and safety meetings, tracking improvement actions
- Promote a positive safety culture through communication and awareness initiatives
- Handle administrative tasks for the Prevention and Protection Service

Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree in Engineering, Occupational Health & Safety, Prevention Techniques or a related technical discipline
