Overview
You will support the installation, start-up and operation of automated production systems at a new manufacturing site, ensuring health, safety and environmental standards. You collaborate within a global organization focused on quality and continuous improvement, contributing to risk management and compliance. This role offers the chance to drive safety performance and lean improvements in a food factory setting. You will work with cross-functional teams to embed HSE into planning and operations.

Responsabilità
- Ensure compliance with local legislation and Nestlé HSE standards in planning and reviews
- Implement effective risk management procedures per RSPP
- Monitor site controls for employees, contractors and visitors and manage relevant risks
- Maintain high standards of health and hygiene and arrange emergency medical response
- Establish safe working practices for high-frequency risks and high-hazard tasks
- Deliver high-quality HSE support including exposure monitoring, health promotion, and surveillance




- Participate in key meetings and reviews
- Support LEAN initiatives and drive continuous improvement in Safety/Health/Environmental Sustainability
- Communicate effectively with different organizational levels

Requisiti fondamentali
- 4–5 years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in manufacturing sector mandatory; food factory a plus
- Knowledge of safety legislation (d.Lgs 81/08)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Italian and English
- Experience as Assistant of RSPP preferred
- Engineering background preferred
- University degree in technical studies
