Overview
In this role you will architect and deliver end-to-end automation solutions on Appian’s low-code platform, collaborating with client executives to shape impactful digital transformations. You’ll integrate ecosystems, model data, and lead agile delivery to accelerate adoption of AI-powered processes at scale. You’ll empower enterprise teams through training and hands-on coaching, driving self-sufficiency and platform adoption. This position sits in Appian’s Customer Success, focused on delivering measurable business impact for large clients and accelerating strategic outcomes.

Responsabilità
- Architect and implement custom automation solutions across the project lifecycle using Appian's low-code platform
- Integrate multiple external systems via REST, SOAP, and JDBC connections




- Engineer relational data models and optimize database design with SQL
- Lead Agile delivery with cross-functional teams to rapidly deliver features
- Empower clients by collaborating with technical teams and stakeholders and training users

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Mathematics, or related technical field
- 1+ years of hands-on software development or technical implementation consulting
- Strong OOP, database design, and SQL (complex queries, joins, views)
- Experience translating client business processes into functional/technical requirements
- Willingness to travel up to 20%
