Responsabilità
- Work on high-profile domestic and cross-border transactions in energy and infrastructure
- Cover a 360-degree remit: project financing, M&A;, project development,



contracts, and due diligence
- Assist in legal due diligence on energy and infrastructure assets in Italy and abroad
- Collaborate with a highly specialized, cross-functional team on market-significant matters

Requisiti fondamentali
- Italian law degree with 105/110 minimum and current license to practice in Italy
- Newly qualified to 3 years PQE in Project, Energy & Infrastructure at a comparable firm
- High level of English (C1); other languages are a plus
- Vocation for the legal profession, strong negotiation and communication skills
