Overview
In this role you will manage day-to-day clinical trial operations and serve as the primary sponsor contact. You’ll apply your CNS/Neuroscience expertise or broaden to other areas while ensuring compliance with ICH/GCP and regulatory standards. You’ll lead cross-functional teams, oversee vendors and sites, and contribute to protocol and study deliverables. This position sits in Medpace’s Clinical Trial Management Group in Milan, offering flexibility after probation and a strong focus on impact through global trial execution.

Responsabilità
- Oversee day-to-day trial operations per contract and regulatory requirements
- Act as primary Sponsor contact for operational issues and study deliverables




- Maintain deep knowledge of protocol, therapeutic area, and indication
- Provide cross-functional oversight and ensure training for project team members
- Review and provide input on protocol, edit check specs, and data analysis plans
- Develop operational project plans and manage risk and vendor relationships
- Supervise site quality and monitor deliverables by Clinical Research Associates

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree in a health or life science-related field
- Minimum 2 years of Clinical Trial Management experience
- CRO experience preferred
- Experience in Phases 1-4 (Phases 2-3 preferred)
- Management of overall project timeline
- Strong leadership skills
- Bid defense experience preferred
