Overview
As a Clinical Consultant, you will lead clinical digital transformation workstreams and own deliverables from planning through execution. You will translate client requirements into practical solutions for clinical systems and guide change management and hypercare. You’ll manage client relationships, track KPIs, and drive stakeholder meetings to decisions. This role supports the delivery of efficient, compliant clinical operations within a life-sciences context, offering meaningful impact in system-enabled processes.

Responsabilità
- Lead defined workstreams within clinical digital transformation projects from planning to completion
- Translate client requirements into practical solutions for clinical systems (eTMF, CTMS, SCE, EDC)
- Lead change management and hypercare activities for implemented systems
- Identify and propose process and methodology improvements based on project experience
- Manage day-to-day client relationships for assigned workstreams and resolve routine issues




- Define and track project KPIs and report progress to the Project Lead
- Guide and review Analysts on the same project
- Run client and stakeholder meetings, driving agendas and decisions

Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Bioinformatics, or related STEM field
- At least 2 years’ relevant experience in clinical operations or consulting
- Proficient in English
- Knowledge of clinical operations workflows (study start-up, site management, monitoring, essential records)
- Working knowledge of at least one major clinical digital platform (e.g., Veeva Vault eTMF, CTMS, SCE, EDC)
- Experience working directly with clients in a delivery or advisory capacity
- Working knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements (ICH E6(R3))
