Provide organizational support for Faculty, including course calendars, schedules, syllabi, and communications to participants
Deliver an outstanding participant experience throughout the Program
Manage teaching materials and the Program's e-learning platform, ensuring content quality and timely updates
Coordinate and oversee company visits, study tours, seminars, and course-related events
Manage course evaluation procedures and analyze feedback to support continuous improvement
Collaborate with central services such as Marketing, Administration, and Logistics to ensure smooth Program delivery
Requirements
Master's degree
3–4 years of professional experience in education management, program coordination, training, customer service, or a related field
Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Italian and English
International exposure through study, work, or other relevant experiences abroad
Strong digital mindset and advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital learning platforms
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills,



with a people-oriented mindset
Proactive problem solver, able to manage multiple priorities and work autonomously in a dynamic environment
Team player with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong service orientation and customer-centric approach
