Evaluate products and raw materials against applicable international regulations and customer requirements
Assess supplier documentation and chemical composition data to verify compliance
Support preparation and maintenance of product compliance documentation, declarations, technical files, and customer-specific regulatory requirements
Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on existing and future products
Identify, evaluate, and mitigate potential compliance risks affecting the product portfolio
Respond to customer inquiries regarding product composition, regulatory compliance, material safety, and sustainability requirements
Coordinate and manage regulatory requests from customers
Collaborate with suppliers to obtain, review, and maintain compliance data and supporting documentation
Act as a key compliance contact for internal teams, customers, and external stakeholders
Support sustainable sourcing, recyclability, circular economy, and environmental compliance initiatives
Contribute to product stewardship activities and sustainability-driven projects




Assist in evaluating materials against current and emerging sustainability requirements
Support implementation and continuous improvement of product compliance systems and databases
Analyze compliance processes and identify opportunities to increase efficiency and data quality
Promote best practices and help drive a proactive compliance culture across the organization

Requirements
Master's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Environmental Science or a related field is required
Previous experience of 1-2 years in Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Product Compliance, or a similar role is preferred
Recent graduates holding a Master's degree in the above-mentioned fields will also be considered, even without prior professional experience
