YOUR NEW KEY RESPONSIBILITY: Plan and govern the entire migration lifecycle, from gap analysis and assessment through go-live and post-migration stabilization.
Define project scope, milestones, dependencies, timelines, and deliverables.
Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring alignment and execution according to agreed plans.
Organize and lead regular project governance meetings and status updates.
Monitor project progress, deadlines, and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery.
Maintain project documentation, status reports, issue logs, risk registers, and lessons learned.
