We are looking for an experienced Artisan Baker to join the team and take an active role in the daily production of viennoiserie. The role includes preparing and baking products such as croissants, Danish pastries and pain au chocolat, while ensuring consistent quality, taste and presentation. Key Responsibilities. Produce croissants, Danish pastries, pain au chocolat and other viennoiserie. Prepare, shape, gloss, proof and bake dough. Monitor fermentation and baking quality. Ensure consistent taste, texture and presentation. Maintain high hygiene and food safety standards.
