- Provide assistance to Guest Service Agents and Front Office team members as required. * Front Office Operations* - Remain informed of daily arrivals, departures, VIPs, repeat guests, and special occasions. - Maintain familiarity with all room types, villa categories, VIP levels, amenities, and resort rates. - Adhere to all Front Office procedures, standards, and guest confidentiality protocols. - Strictly protect guest privacy and confidentiality, do not disclose guest information to unauthorized persons. * Service Excellence* - Consistently demonstrate the Constance service philosophy in all guest and colleague interactions.
