## Job description Avvale is looking for a Senior Data Scientist

Role and position

We are looking for a Data Scientist (AI & GenAI Architect) who will focus primarily on the design and development of AI solutions, with a strong vertical focus on Generative AI solutions that rely on LLM (Large Language Models) capabilities.

Requirements and skills

Hard Skills & Technical Expertise:

- GenAI & LLMs: Strong theoretical and practical knowledge of Generative AI technologies and Large Language Models (including concepts such as RAG, LLM orchestration, and agentic architectures).
- Classical AI & Machine Learning (ML): Deep understanding of classical AI approaches and machine learning models, with the ability to assess when to prioritize them over GenAI.
- Python: Strong proficiency in Python and the core frameworks/libraries dedicated to AI and Data Science.
- Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in the role.

Soft Skills & Personal Attributes:
- Solution Design & Reasoning: Strong logical and strategic thinking skills to "design" high-level solution architectures (from A to B),



focusing on the overall project rather than pure coding.
- Client-Oriented Mindset: Excellent communication skills to interface with clients, gather requirements, and translate them into technical specifications.

Languages: Full professional proficiency in English (essential for our international context).
