The Service Center Administrative Specialist plays a critical role in supporting daily operations within a fast-paced service environment. This position is responsible for coordinating purchase orders, managing logistics, supporting work order processes, and maintaining accurate system transactions across multiple platforms (Salesforce and SAP). The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable wearing many hats in an unstructured, dynamic setting. Order & Procurement Management Process and manage purchase orders (POs) in Salesforce and SAP Receive and review POs for direct materials Create, place,



and receive POs for indirect materials Logistics & Operations Coordination Arrange transportation and logistics for pumps and related equipment Track materials and ensure timely delivery to support operations Perform receipt transactions and maintain accurate inventory records Book jobs and ensure accurate scheduling within system tools Greet and assist customers and vendors in a professional manner Serve as a key point of contact for inquiries related to orders and services Financial & System Transactions Process invoicing activities within SAP Ensure accurate data entry and documentation across all systems Support booking and job costing activities as needed Experience coordinating purchase orders and logistics in a service or industrial environment Familiarity with ERP/CRM systems such as SAP and Salesforce Excellent communication and customer service skills Adaptability and flexibility ("wear many hats") Team-oriented with a customer-first approach Fast-paced, operations-focused service center Dynamic and evolving priorities 15 days of paid time off and 12 company-paid holidays ~Motivating wellness program ~ Employee Assistance Program ~ Paid paternal leave
