**Gruppo Lactalis Italia** is looking for a **Central North – Area National Account Manager** to join the Commercial Department of the **Castelli PDO and Specialties BU.** The resource, reporting to the Commercial Director, will have the following responsibilities: * Manage the negotiation of framework agreements for assigned clients, develop and implement strategies regarding assortments, promotional plans, etc., ensuring the correct use of total promotional effort; * Deal with the management and development of key MDD clients and the Discount channel; * Coordinate new development projects, from strategy definition to operational implementation; * Manage Private Label projects; * Elaborate monthly sales forecasts and monitor periodic turnover, developing weighted and numerical assortment references; * Decline company guidelines on commercial policies; * Manage the income statement of assigned retailers; * Conduct commercial meetings with top clients (current and prospective)



and ensure participation in industry events to expand the network of potential clients; * Collaborate, where necessary, in defining Trade Marketing actions and provide insights for the development of new products; * Deal with the management and development of new references, coordinating internal activities and implementation with clients. **REQUIRED SKILLS** * Previous experience in a similar role; * Specialist degree in economic disciplines; * Good knowledge of English, French will be considered a plus; * Excellent knowledge of the Office package; * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; * Good communication approach, proactivity, and strong goal orientation; * Particular predisposition to work in a team. **KEY POSITION INFORMATION** * Workplace: Reggio Emilia (RE), with employment as traveling personnel aimed at overseeing the area of competence.
