Oniverse is an Italian multi-brand group, vertically integrated and active in three main business areas: fashion, food&wine;, and nautical. For the E-commerce area, we are looking for a UX & CRO Manager. **WHERE:** Oniverse HQ Dossobuono di Villafranca (Verona) **WHAT YOU WILL DO:** * Define the UX and Conversion Rate Optimization strategy for our brands' digital channels in line with business objectives. * Manage and coordinate a UX/UI team, supporting its development and defining operational priorities. * Coordinate and supervise user behavior analysis activities (session replay, heatmaps, user testing, surveys, etc.). * Supervise business-as-usual activities (homepage, banners, landing pages, etc.), ensuring visual and functional consistency with brand identity. * Lead the design of effective interfaces and user flows, in collaboration with UX Designers, UI Specialists, and Frontend Developers. * Plan, execute, and analyze A/B and multivariate tests with a data-driven approach. * Identify and prioritize areas for improvement in the conversion funnel and user experience. * Collaborate with international E-commerce teams to scale global UX and CRO best practices. * Monitor performance KPIs and prepare periodic reports on the impact of UX & CRO initiatives. **WE WOULD REALLY LIKE TO MEET YOU IF:** * You have at least 5 years of experience in UX, CRO, or Digital Optimization roles, preferably in E-commerce or digital retail.
