using predictive maintenance technologies and non-destructive testing techniques, including vibration analysis, thermography, video endoscopy and remote monitoring systems. /li liInterpret condition monitoring data to evaluate equipment condition and identify potential issues. /li liRecommend corrective and preventive actions aimed at reducing downtime and improving asset performance. /li liPrepare clear, structured technical reports with findings, conclusions and practical recommendations. /li /ul h3Tribology Industrial Lubrication /h3 ul liProvide technical expertise on industrial lubricants and tribological applications. /li liAnalyze operating conditions and mechanical systems to optimize lubrication practices. /li liDevelop and implement lubrication plans for critical machinery and rotating equipment. /li liSupport customers in improving equipment efficiency, reliability and component life. /li /ul h3Technical Support Problem Solving /h3 ul liAct as a technical reference for customers and Sales teams. /li liInvestigate complex technical issues and support root cause analysis activities. /li liProgressively take ownership of diagnostics, root cause analysis and technical recommendations. /li liManage post-sales technical support and contribute to customer satisfaction initiatives. /li liSupport the resolution of customer complaints through structured problem-solving methodologies. /li /ul h3Innovation Product Development /h3 ul liCollaborate with TotalEnergies Lubrifiants on the development and validation of new products and solutions. /li liParticipate in field trials, laboratory tests and performance evaluations. /li liContribute to the introduction of advanced reliability and lubrication technologies into the market. /li liSupport on-site trials and field validation activities, ensuring compliance with quality, safety and environmental requirements.
