- **Drive Technical Excellence:** You will lead onsite electrical activities, overseeing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of both legacy systems and our latest excitation and LCI technology. - **Solve Critical Challenges:** Using your deep analytical skills, you will diagnose complex technical issues, perform software modifications, and adjust control constants to optimize system performance for gas and steam turbines. - **Lead Onsite Operations:** You will act as the primary technical point of contact for plant owners and utility operators, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing resources, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within quality standards. - **Mentor & Consult:** You will provide expert advisory services on our packaged products, support business development initiatives, and mentor team members to build collective field capability. - **Champion Safety:** You will foster a "Safety-First" culture, ensuring all site activities strictly adhere to environmental, health, and safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
