Here below your responsibilities /h3 ul liAssist the Offshore Construction Supervisor and Offshore Construction Manager in the daily coordination of offshore construction activities. /li liSupport the management of vessel operations, personnel, subcontractors, and equipment on board. Monitor offshore activities to ensure compliance with HSE requirements, procedures, and project specifications. /li liParticipate in planning meetings,



toolbox talks, and operational briefings. Contribute to progress reporting and operational documentation. /li liAssist in identifying operational risks and implementing mitigation measures. /li liPromote Saipem's safety culture and operational excellence standards. /li /ul h3What are we looking for? /h3 pbEducation: /b Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent technical disciplines /p pbExperience: /b 3-5 years of experience as Construction Supervisor, Site Supervisor, Field Supervisor or equivalent role within the Industrial Construction /p pbLanguages: /b Intermediate to advanced proficiency (written and spoken). /p h3Technical/IT Skills /h3 ul liKnowledge of construction and installation activities in industrial environments /li liAbility to supervise multidisciplinary workforces and subcontractors /li liKnowledge of construction methods, work execution planning and site coordination /liliAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings,
