**UNA Forza Vendite, _Permanent Placement_ division of Openjobmetis S.p.A.**, is partnering with **one of the most important developers** of **cosmetics and nutraceutical ingredients!** ### Ruolo e mansione The company, **an historical italian excellence now present across all the main markets in the world**, is looking for the next generation of sales leadership: an **International Sales Manager** who, reporting directly to the GM, will plan the future commercial objectives and help to reach them by guiding a great team of sales professionals. **Main Responsibilities:** * Define the long-term commercial strategy in line with company objectives; * Develop and coordinate various business models: a distribution network (especially abroad) and a sales team in Italy operating directly. * Analyze the market to identify new business opportunities; * Coordinate and motivate the sales team, setting clear and measurable goals; * Support, train, and monitor the performance of the field sales team; * Constantly monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)



for sales; * Prepare periodic reports for company management, featuring forecasts and future sales analyses; * Manage the sales budget to ensure activities are conducted cost-effectively and profitably; * Directly manage a portfolio of major strategic accounts; * Attend industry trade shows, professional events, and client meetings. ### Requisiti e Competenze Richieste **Requirements:** * 5–10 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the cosmetics and/or nutraceutical sector, gained within an international context; * Bachelor's or Master's degree in scientific disciplines (Biology, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry and Technology) or Economics; * Experience in team management; * Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English (C1 level) ### ALTRE INFORMAZIONI _L'annuncio è rivolto a tutte le persone, senza distinzione di sesso, in riferimento al D.
