**Gruppo Lactalis Italia** is looking for a brilliant student or recent graduate to join the Supply Chain Department of the **Cheese BU**. The resource, alongside the International Planning Manager, will be involved in the following activities: * Support the team in managing activities, collaborating with all company functions and foreign Lactalis subsidiaries; * Management of the procurement process for subsidiary orders; * Analysis and monitoring of key indicators (forecast/order deviation, lead time); * Preparation and management of necessary documentation for product export; * Support in administrative, accounting, and commercial activities related to the management of foreign subsidiaries; * Management of customer service activities,



providing support to customers and foreign subsidiaries and collaborating in managing product returns and any complaints. **REQUIRED SKILLS** * Degree in economics, management engineering, or a similar field of study; * Excellent knowledge of the Office package, especially Excel; * Good knowledge of English; knowledge of French will be considered a plus; * Determination, proactivity, and autonomy; * Ability to work in a team, problem-solving, and result-oriented. **KEY INFORMATION ABOUT THE POSITION** * Internship duration: 6 months; * Workplace: Milan (MI). * Monthly reimbursement of €1,000 and access to the company canteen.
