VP Sales – Industrial Systems Location: United States Reports to: EVP – Industrial Systems About Roboze Roboze is building the next generation of manufacturing for mission-critical industries. Our integrated platform combines advanced manufacturing systems, proprietary high-performance materials, AI-powered software and a distributed manufacturing network to enable qualified production closer to where products are needed. Following the success of our Aerospace & Defense business, Roboze is expanding its industrial footprint by developing Industrial Systems, a commercial initiative focused on rapid revenue growth across industrial markets where advanced manufacturing can generate immediate business value. Position Ovreview: This is a direct sales role, not a traditional management position. Roboze is looking for a technical sales hunter who can open strategic industrial accounts, develop high-value opportunities and personally close deals.
The VP Sales – Industrial Systems will be responsible for building Roboze’s commercial presence across selected industrial verticals in the United States, with a clear mandate: identify customers with urgent manufacturing needs, create qualified pipeline and convert opportunities into machine sales, recurring revenues and long-term production programs. This is a single contributor role for a senior seller who is comfortable owning the full sales cycle directly: prospecting, discovery, technical qualification, executive engagement, application mapping, proposal development, negotiation and closing. The ideal candidate must combine strong commercial instincts with a technical understanding of manufacturing, industrial equipment, automation, production technologies or advanced materials. This person must be able to speak with plant managers, engineering leaders, manufacturing executives, operations teams and C-level decision makers, translating technical applications into business value.
