# ALLIEVO/A REPARTI FRESCHI GDO **Work location:** Italy, Lombardy, DESIO **Sector:** Sales **Role:** Retail / Front Office Services **Date of last update:** 10/09/2026 ### Job description We are looking for candidates, between 18 and 24 years old, to start a **paid** and professional training program in the fresh food departments of Large-Scale Retail Trade. **Structure of the Training Program** The program has a total duration of 36 months and is divided into: * **First 9 months:** training program alternating between practical *on-the-job* activities (at the point of sale) and *theoretical modules* (at the headquarters in Piazza dei Mestieri in Sesto San Giovanni, twice a month). ***At the end, a professional qualification will be awarded.*** * **Subsequent 27 months:** placement through a professional apprenticeship contract aimed at consolidating skills. **Requirements:** * Age between 18 and 24 years * High school diploma * Aptitude for public contact and interest in the food sector * Learning orientation,



dynamism and reliability ***No previous experience in the role is required,*** the selection is aimed at profiles motivated to undertake a structured growth path. **Hours:** Full-time, Monday to Sunday (with one day off per week). **Location:** Desio (MB).
