Join Siemens Energy as a Project Manager within the Power Services Controls & Digitalization Business Unit, where you will take ownership of maintenance contracts and projects from execution through delivery. You will define project execution strategies, manage resources, oversee risk analysis, and ensure project objectives are achieved in line with contractual commitments and business targets. Working closely with customers, internal stakeholders, and service management, you will balance time, cost, quality, and performance while maintaining strong relationships across all project phases.
You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement, capturing lessons learned, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This position offers the opportunity to become a trusted focal point for both internal and external stakeholders while contributing to automation and energy projects in a dynamic environment.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- You will take responsibility for project Profit & Loss performance and define execution strategies, including resource planning and risk management, to achieve contract objectives.
- You will manage project execution activities, monitor key performance indicators, and ensure delivery targets related to schedule, cost, scope, and quality are met.
- You will identify and manage project risks and opportunities, while capturing and sharing lessons learned to strengthen organizational knowledge.
- You will establish project controlling indicators and provide transparent updates to stakeholders regarding project progress, contractual conditions, and project status.
- You will maintain strong customer and stakeholder relationships, promote continuous contract improvement, and ensure compliance with safety standards, including Law 81/08.
What You Bring
- At least 3 years of successful experience as a Project Manager, with proven involvement in automation systems and power plant architectures within the energy sector.
- Strong customer focus, target orientation, initiative, autonomy, and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze technical specifications; knowledge of sales techniques and commercial relationship development is considered an advantage.
- Fluency in both Italian and English,
with availability to travel across Italy and internationally as required by project activities.
- Project Management certification, international experience in the automation or energy sector, and knowledge of Siemens or Siemens Energy components and systems are considered strong advantages.
About The Team The Power Services Controls & Digitalization Business Unit manages maintenance contracts and projects supporting customers across the energy sector. The team is responsible for delivering automation and digitalization solutions while ensuring operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and successful project execution. Team members collaborate closely with customers, service management, engineering specialists, and other key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. The organization focuses on resource planning, project controlling, risk management, contract execution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Working in this team offers exposure to complex power plant and automation projects in a dynamic and flexible environment. You will act as a central point of contact, helping coordinate activities and ensuring alignment between customer expectations and project objectives.

Compensation The total compensation package for this position, including both fixed and variable components, ranges between € 58.000 – € 72.000 gross per year. Salary ranges for this role are provided in accordance with applicable local legislation. The stated range is based on the Italian labour market.
Where a role may be performed in multiple locations in Italy or abroad, compensation will vary depending on factors such as market conditions, including the local cost of living, as well as experience and qualifications.
