Pramac, part of the third largest group in the world in the production of diesel and gas generators, is looking for a motivated and proactive Junior Engineering Project Manager to join our Italian team.
The successful candidate will support the planning, coordination,



and execution of engineering projects, ensuring activities are delivered on time, within scope, and in line with quality standards. Working closely with Engineering, Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Manufacturing, you will contribute to the successful delivery of customized power solutions while developing your technical and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of engineering projects from kick-off to completion.
- Coordinate project activities across Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, Quality, and other internal functions to ensure project milestones are achieved.
- Monitor project schedules, deliverables, and technical documentation, identifying potential risks and supporting mitigation actions.
- Prepare and maintain project plans, status reports, meeting minutes, and technical documentation.
