Prometeia Advisor SIM, a leading financial consulting firm for institutional investors, is looking for a **Junior Consultant** to join a team specializing in financial advisory services for pension funds and insurance companies. The successful candidate will support Project Managers in carrying out project activities for clients, mainly involving **portfolio analysis, risk measurement and management, asset and liability management (ALM) studies, and the preparation of reports to support investment decisions**. ## EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE * Master’s degree with excellent grades in **Economics/Finance, Statistics, Management Engineering**, or related fields, or an equivalent master’s degree * Strong knowledge of the **functioning and dynamics of financial markets**, as well as of the main investment instruments and associated risks * Proficiency in **Microsoft Office**, particularly **Excel/VBA and PowerPoint** * Knowledge of major **financial data providers** (LSEG, Bloomberg, etc.) * Previous academic studies or short-term work experience in **financial management within the pension fund and/or insurance sectors** will be considered a plus ## SOFT SKILLS * Flexibility and a strong **team-working attitude** * **Problem-solving skills** * Excellent **communication skills** * Good command of **English** ## LOCATION Rome, Italy ## WHAT WE OFFER **COMPENSATION, WELFARE & BENEFITS** Our history, as well as our future, is based on the value of our people.
