# Job description Avvale is looking for a Senior Process & Digital Transformation Consultant ## Role and position We are looking for a Senior Consultant with at least 5 years of experience in advisory and digital transformation, specializing in the optimization of business processes, organizational models, and digital solutions; Experience in Service Design, Co-Design, and Design Thinking methodologies (nice to have), with a strong orientation toward innovation. ## Requirements and skills To apply, you must have experience in managing clients and stakeholders, business process transformation, process assessment & redesign, workshop facilitation, and advisory is required. Must have: certifications in the process improvement field, such as Lean Six Sigma, CBPP®, or BPMN.
