# Job description Avvale is looking for a Change Management Consultant. # Role and position Specifically, the ideal candidate should have experience in at least one of the following areas: Change Management and communication, digital transformation, strategic and/or cultural transformation, or program management and coordination of transformation programs. # Requirements and skills To apply, candidates must have knowledge of Change Management methodologies and the ability to analyse organizational contexts and processes. Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills are required, together with precision, negotiation abilities and effective priority management. Excellent communication skills, a strong team-oriented mindset and a very good command of English are also essential.
