We are looking for a **Commercial Controller** to support the OTT business in planning, analysis, and monitoring of commercial performance, actively contributing to strategic decision-making. This role works closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams, ensuring a clear and data-driven view of financial and business performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and analyze **commercial performance** (revenues, margins, digital KPIs) * Support the definition and tracking of **budget, forecasts, and strategic plans** * Perform variance analysis and identify **performance drivers and improvement areas** * Develop periodic reporting for management (dashboards, presentations, insights) * Partner with commercial teams to assess **pricing strategies, promotions,
and business models** * Conduct profitability analysis by product, customer, and channel (e.g. subscription, advertising, partnerships) * Support the development of **business cases and investment initiatives** * Continuously improving controlling processes and tools **Requirements** * Degree in Economics, Finance, or related fields * 3–6 years of experience in commercial controlling / FP&A; / business analysis * Experience in **digital/OTT/media/telecom environments** is a strong plus * Strong proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau) * Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail * Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with non-finance stakeholders * Good command of English
