For a client company, a cooperative credit bank, we are looking for a:

Addetto allo Sportello Bancario

The Opportunity:

You will work within a branch of an important banking institution belonging to the world of cooperative credit. You will handle all activities related to branch operations (cashier, account operations, deposits, transfers, account statements, pension and tax payments, etc.), as well as back-office functions (document retrieval, various communications to customers, etc.) and initial customer consulting.

You will be a primary point of reference for customers and will support senior branch colleagues in proposing and managing services requested by clients.

You will contribute to the proper execution of all branch activities and will be supported in the initial phase to learn the tasks required for the role.

You are the ideal candidate if:

- You have a degree in economics, science, and/or law.
- You are a person with strong interpersonal skills,



able to connect with customers and colleagues.
- Previous, even occasional, experience in roles related to customer management and service delivery is welcome but not essential.
- You define yourself as a dynamic and goal-oriented person.
- You are precise, reliable, and discreet.
- You have a car and are genuinely willing to travel within the reference territory, working in different branches to take advantage of the training opportunities that various locations can offer.

The Offer:

- Initial fixed-term contract of 6/12 months with the possibility of becoming permanent.
- Reference CCNL: Credito, 3rd area, 1st level, full-time 37 hours from Monday to Friday.
- Remuneration: Gross annual salary around €35k.

Workplace: Rovereto and surrounding areas.
