# Your Profile **Adecco Italia Spa** in partnership with **Franchetti Spa** - an innovative Italian engineering and software development company specializing in the management, monitoring, and predictive maintenance of infrastructures, is looking for: **Master's Graduates in Civil/Building Systems Engineering (LM 23 and 24)** We are looking for 15 brilliant recent graduates who will be selected and hired with an Adecco Italia Spa professional apprenticeship contract for temporary administration at Franchetti S.p.A for a period of 18 months, and for the first 5 months, they will be part of a High-Level Training program at one of the most prestigious Universities in Italy, located in **Naples**. # Responsibilities **Requirements:** * Master's Degree in Civil and Building Systems Engineering (LM23, LM24) obtained or in the process of being obtained * Age requirement for the apprenticeship contract by September 30, 2026 * Availability to be hired in one of the main company offices based on project needs [**Arzignano (Province of Vicenza)/Milan/Rome**] The best talents selected and hired will have access to a 5-month High-Level Training Program in **NAPLES**; at the end of the training, the new hires will be assigned to the Franchetti offices chosen based on each candidate's availability among the 3 indicated. # Skills **Training methods:** The training will take place between the first decade of October 2026 and the last decade of February 2027 and will include classroom activities, project work activities, and on-the-job training under the supervision of FRANCHETTI Spa technicians and specialists.



For the in-person training period, a commitment of 30 hours per week is required. The objective of the Franchetti Academy is to provide training on subjects related to the digitalization and maintenance of structures and infrastructures, with the aim of developing skills for a modern approach to maintenance. The hiring locations are in the following cities: **ARZIGNANO** (VI) or **ROME** or **MILAN**, assigned based on the availability indicated by the candidates during the selection phase. # Benefits ### Information on the contractual and remuneration part: * Professional apprenticeship contract in Staff Leasing with Adecco Italia for 18 months with the subsequent possibility of direct employment with the client company. * CCNL Studi Professionali (National Collective Bargaining Agreement for Professional Studies), level 3 **Remuneration:** * Annual Gross Salary (RAL) of 20,305 € for the first 11 months of apprenticeship (equal to 85% of level 3 of the CCNL Studi Professionali). * RAL of 22,216.94 € from the 12th to the 18th month of apprenticeship (equal to 93% of level 3 of the CCNL Studi Professionali). * RAL of 23,890 € from the 19th month, in case of confirmation (equal to 100% of level 3 of the CCNL Studi Professionali). # Additional Information Candidates, in compliance with D.lgs. 198/2006, D.lgs 215/2003 and D.lgs 216/2003, are invited to read the privacy policy that can be consulted under the data request form on the application page (EU Regulation No. 2016/679).
